This program is accessible from the File menu, if you have purchased this option package. This program is to set up User IDs, User passwords and User authority levels. Enter the following information and store the record

User ID in up to 8 characters
User Name in up to 30 characters
Password in up to 8 characters
Authority Level-between A and Z

Note:
Users with an authority level lower than S will not be able to maintain record files or view pricing. This program, in conjunction with the Menu Authority Level program, allows maximum flexibilty for access control.

This program allows the user to set up a table of password and levels of program access. Each program may be assigned an access level between A and Z. Menu authority levels may be set to correspond with desired user accessibility.

Authority Level-between A and Z-where A has the least privileges, and Z has the most
Password-up to eight characters
Below is an example of how to utilize this program

1. The program "Material Maintenance" is set with an authority level of "S".
2. User "Bill" has been established through the "Users" program with an authority level of "R".
3. "Bill" will not have access to "Material Maintenance".
