We have been using SMSTurbo for over three years now and it has greatly increased the efficiency throughout our organization. Weigh Station operators are able to enter tickets quickly and accurately.
The daily Accounts Receivable reconciliation has gone from two to three hours to half an hour. The information moves easily from SMSTurbo to our Accounting software (MAS-90).
The software is very easy to learn and use, and the staff at CIS were supportive during the installation process, implementing several custom items we required in order to get the software to fit with our organization. Dick Boucher even stayed well after midnight on the day of install to make sure all of our Transfer Stations were ready to go at 7AM the next morning – talk about going above and beyond!
We have had very few issues with the software over the past three years, and we continue to find new ways to use the software to enhance our operations.
